Digital contract signature with full legal validity. Your commission is paid through a regulated payments platform when the contract closes.
Transparent commission
You choose how to charge and the lessor always pays. The tenant never pays a commission.
One-time fee at contract signing, calculated on the monthly rent price. It's the most-used model and the easiest to explain to the lessor.
An amount agreed in advance, independent of the rent price. Useful for low-priced room rentals where the percentage would fall short.
